Is this list accurate? We are above Buffalo, and I'm not sure why. Is the conference record more important than the divisional record when it comes to a wildcard spot?

Division. We will need to Beat Buffalo, Patriots and Jets... 3 teams that we've already lost to this year. Since we've lost the first Head-to-Head against Buffalo, they should be higher than us.

Two Clubs
1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.

TO BREAK A TIE FOR THE WILD-CARD TEAM
If it is necessary to break ties to determine the two Wild-Card clubs from each conference, the following steps will be taken.
1. If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.

I don't think that those rankings take any tie-breakers into account.

Division record is a tie-breaker ONLY when all the teams tied are in the same division. As there are multiple teams at 3-6, Miami is currently ahead of BUF due to a better conference record.
