Question regarding points???

How are the points calculated? It says number of posts and then points. I thought it was posts times 5, but that didnt hold true.

10 points for starting a thread
5 points for each post

I think that is how it works.

You also get points (when starting a thread) for replys, views, and miscellaneous things (such as 50 points for referring a new member).
