A mentor on this site :) is someone who acts as another mediator by helping members out, calling posters out if they break the TOS, and calming down posters if a thread gets out of hand. The main difference between a Mentor and Moderator is the fact that a Mentor cannot delete, or open/close threads. A mentor can, however, move threads if necessary. Mentors are very helpful to us. And I think we're in the market for at least one more.
