I was at the game ...Great seat, beautiful day......At least 4 plays called by the Coaches I think could have turned the whole tide ....The 1st The Fins defense had them pinned down with 3rd and long but they went into prevent defense ..You could see the DB's running way back at the snap allowing them to complete underneath to get in field goal range ..Why abandon the aggressiveness .....Then several times when it was an obvious passing play a hand off for a loss . Excuse Me I'm just dang frustrated :(

How about kicking a FG going into the half down 17-3 when we should have went for the TD knowing Baltimore was getting the ball at the half.. Running the ball up the middle, and the wildcat up the middle when they have been shutting it down all day...

IMO there was nothing questionable about the playcalling, it was down right attrocious all day.

i think the defense was the problem, they did not get them off the field enough

I really was not happy with the play calling. I think we settled for a FG under 20 yards on the first drive. Why bother? We could have at least gone for a TD....if we don't get it, Flacco has to go 90+ yards to score. We then kicked another short field goal right before the half. This team is a little too conservative....I thought we were playing Wanny Ball most of the game.

Inside the 20?, try inside the 10. We had 4-7 from the baltimore 8 and we kick the field goal with 4 minutes left knowing Baltimore got the ball at the half... That play call pissed me off like there was no tomorrow... One could argue we could have gotten the ball back, but the reality of it was they drove down the field in 11 plays and took 4:00 off the clock just to erase our pitiful FG and add an extra 4 points by hitting a wide open Mason for a TD...

This game was some of the most pathetic playcalling i have seen from a dolphins sideline in a long time.

Glad you brought this up. To beat Baltimore and Philly you have to play agressive or they will eat you up. On offense we did not get agressive until it was too late and the defense I did not know until you just brought it up but on TV I just could not beleive we were playing with that much cushion which gave their QB way to much confidence. Maybe play that only if you have to with a really good veteran. We looked a bib step behind Balitmore as far a intensity yesterday.

As dumb as the 2nd and 16 sneak was, it actually picked up 5 yards. Which is basically a Pennington pass anyway. I'm thinking it was the play after that in which we handed it off to Ronnie Brown up the middle.....on 3rd and 11.....inside the 20.....what the hell? I could be wrong about that play coming after the 2nd and 16, but i know it was a 3rd and 11 and i know it was inside the 20 (at about the 12). How the hell do you call that?

The defense played lousy but this team was still just a few plays away from winning. Will Allen dropping an INT right in his hands only to see Baltimore score on the next play. Camarillo dropping a TD pass and Pennington missing a wide open Fasano on the first drive.

We were moving the ball through the air. Pennington had nice stats but also missed some easy passes. One player I think has improved 10 fold is David Martin. He's catching thing anywhere near him.

Since the rule of thumb usually is- you win if you score more than 27 points (27 1/2) i believe

And on average you win if your defense holds your oponent to 24 points

the answer is obvious

sunday they were both at fault.
