Do inside linebackers have to be big and tall or something ? or better put what are the size and weight requirements for an inside backers? From what I know most inside linebackers or MLB are very big and tall. Zack Thomas was pretty much the only small ILB I could remember. Reason: I checked all these draft sites for ILB or MLB and they all seem to be very small and very short. Only 3 maybe 4 are your typical 6'3'' 255lbs type out of 40 or so. Even Reggie Ragland is only 6'1'' but the heaviest at 260lbs. the rest are 6'0'' 230ish. If Miami needs a big ILB, they have to go through FA.
