I was wondering this today, how many times have you come to Finheaven in the last 48 hours to see if someone was fired?

I always check in to this site, but I have simply come here over the last two days to see a thread of whether a move was made.

Hayden, I keep opening the site and hoping for someones' butt to be fired. No way we could really keep Ireland imo but wouldn't be schocked if we do. I just don't trust his decision making. When the Dolphins were great we had Bobby Bethard as GM. We need an all-star type GM in here like a Rich McCay! An upgrade at GM is mandatory imo. I'd like to see Ross get as much help as he can from people like Tony Dungy. Maybe Dungy would accept some type of role with the Dolphins like President/ some ownership?? Sherman really has to go but the correct order is dump this loser GM, replace him and make decisions from there. Just make sure the decisions are being made by guys like Polian, Dungy, Rich McCay etc. Then we can feel that the right football moves are being made.
