He’s actually know for having elite arm talent, ever since he was coming out of high school. His injury effected him, but he looks healthy now if you watch the videos with Gruden, Kurt Warner, and Chris Simms, Ewers can make every throw there is.

It's entertainment. There's QBs out there that are damn good but will never get NFL fame and glory because they aren't good looking or don't have a cool name.
You'll of course try to cherry pick some of what you consider bad. But for the most part I'm not wrong. This is a tv show. The most successful lead actors are the good looking guys with catchy names. Strong names. J, W, M as first letters.
It's just another factor in the entertainment science.
