If we cant get eithier one of these guys,I think we might have to work out a trade with one of our 2nd rounders ..So we can grab who we want from the others..I just think we our in a bad spot at nine and may have to reach in the 2nd ,in order to get a target.. Thats what worries me but i guess if we cant make a trade thats reasonable ,we may have to reach..What do you guys think on the matter?:rolleyes2
 
We are absolutely not going to get Russell. That is out of the question. I am not a big fan of Quinn either. He seems to ****y to pan out and will likely be a bust. I watched highlights of his and he throws a pretty good short and mid range ball but his longer throws tended to be off target and the play was made more by the reciever rather then the great throw by him. I think that we might be better off getting a Edwards, Stanton or even Beck in the later rounds. Boy I can't wait for Saturday....

Whoa! I thought you were Fin Fan in Cali!
 
Very much a fin fan. My most prized posessions are my Dan Marino rookie cards. I look at the facts of his highlight reels and don't want to see another name added to the long list busts in Miami quaterback history since Danny boy...
 
I really like Quinn (not as much as OhioBryan however) but we have WAY too many needs to "sell the farm" for one player. If Quinn falls to six...go get him. Otherwise trade down and get additional picks. Don't care for Russell...he's not a "Cam QB" anyway.
 
yeah but arent we in a bad spot in the 2nd round to grab one of those qbs? ya dont just want to settle for whos there.arent some of the the other teams looking for a qb as well in the 2nd ,that are ahead of us? It just makes me worry ,i doubt we snag one with 2a but isnt 2b a gamble?

we better land quinn if not dolphins must trade both number 2's to move up to say 33 with oakland to get a QB edwards or beck!

If Cleo lemon who has been a Cam QB for two differant teams can be a so called Cam QB then I'm sure Jamarcus can be.
