One more time, for the Ginn detractors!

LOL!! Quinn is trade bait and couldn't beat out Derek Anderson!!!!

Ginn blows by the best cover corner in the NFL by 3 yards for an easy TD.

Now, who do you want??? :chuckle:

Quinn has started six career games thrown 3 TD's and 5 INT's and plays for a miserable team and organization. I'm not really a Quinn defender, but using the same logic i used with John Beck, is it really fair to judge his performance with such a small sample?

Is it fair to judge Ginn when up until Monday night he didn't have a QB throwing to him who could take advantage of his skill set?

What about those of us that wanted Patrick Willis? Got something for us?

How is it false????

Ginn's primary asset is his blazing speed. Pennington could not throw a pass like Henne threw, probably ever in his career. He threw arcing rainbows that any decent DB could get to and knock down.

See Seahawks-Dolphins, 2008.

Ted Ginn had TWO catches for 57 yards and a touchdown Monday Night. It's pretty funny because on that TD drive before Ginn caught it Tirico was saying "Ted Ginn hasn't done much tonight". But lets enshrine the guy because he used his great speed, that we all knew he had, for a TD. Even with Henne this guy has done nothing. Ginns productivity with CP passing might be the most we'll ever see out of Teddy. 16 catches on the year, two games with Henne.....11 from his game with Pennington. HMMMM.

LOL!!

That was the FIRST game that they allowed Henne to even take a shot downfield. Did you watch last weeks game???

You watch what happens from here on out. Study up on football.

Why don't you wait a couple of more games....he caught 2 passes.

Right now, he's still not a legit threat at all. Our running game set him up to finally blow by someone.... and the throw from Henne couldn't be better..thank God he made that catch.

Exactly my point, the throw was PERFECT. For once.

Quinn was overrated and overhyped by the ND alumni PR machine then and has sucked since. Anyone who wants to defend him based on his poor "circumstances" yet bashed Beck is hypocritical. Quinn didn't fall in the draft because the moon and stars weren't aliigned; there was a valid reason. CamRan was very dumb in passing on Willis, ignorant in passing on Revis but smart when taking Ginn over Quinn.

I will, and if Ted Ginn shows he can be a consistent WR on a consistent basis, i'll become a believe. Until then i'm not sipping the Kool Aid. 4 catches from Chad Henne in two games just isn't enough to impress me, as it does you apparently.

Brady just put his house on the market here in c-town. He certainly has not been given much of a chance to show what he can do, but from what I've seen, I haven't been too impressed.

I'm glad we have Henne AND Teddy.

Let's not forget that Henne has not had as much time to work on his timing with Ginn as what Pennington has had. Secondly, Ginn was going up against a top three corner on monday night and still managed to beat him (and two others) deep for a huge TD. You can't say that about the first two and a half games that he played with Pennington as the starter.
