Id like to know who said this and what kinda babies do we have on this team.

Holliday said it

it seems like for the last 5 years that we've had this same problem late in the year. i think its house clearing time for some of these quitters that deteriorate our team. I wont mention any names *cough sam cough*

I read it was holliday and carter who complained about linebackers and members of the secondary

Let me say this; when you have a team quit on it's coach, it's time for the coach to go and I don't care who the coach is. In 1995 the Dolphins quit on Shula and laid down like dogs against Buffalo, in 1994 the Jets quit on Pete Carroll after the Marino
spike game, in 1991 the Giants clearly quit on Ray Handley and even more recently, we saw Cleveland quit on Butch Davis. This is only Saban's first year with the Dolphins
but if he has already lost at least half his team, then we are lookng at another Steve Spurrier for sure. I hope what Vonnie Holliday said is not true otherwise it's another fatal mistake by Wayne Huizenger.

saban inherited these quitters. he will not tolerate this b.s. like wannestadt did. these players will be dealt with very quickly and the door will be hitting them on their way out. one more thing please do not compare saban to ray handley.

So, if they had some players quit in the game then they should fire the coach?

Wow! I say get rid of any of those dogs if they find out there were any that quit. Not the coach.

You just compared Nick Saban to Ray Handley....that is the worst thing I've seen on this board this week...quite an accompolishment.

ok, so what do you propose we do? demand Saban's resignation on the basis of Vinnie Holliday's heresay?
sometimes these little rumors are good because they embarrass players without naming names. Let's see how the team responds next week before we start storming the gates with pitchforks and torches ok?

I never meant for this thread to be Anti-Saban.
Im all for Saban, give him 2-3 years max to turn this once proud franchise around.

I say get rid of the weeds that run under the oaktree.

And Saban is the oaktree

Any players giving less than 100% on every play of every game should be cut. The coach hasn't had enough time to get a core group that he drafted and brought into his system. His first draft was great. Look at Ronnie and the morons who questioned this pick after Caddy had a couple of good games. Look back at my post where I say," for the love of God give the guy a chance." It's the same story for Coach Saban. He doesn't have the horses to compete at a high level. Gus was making us look better than we were. What I mean is that we were in every game and played pretty darn good taking into consideration that our wideouts have let us down, the tightend can't make a play without doing something to ruin it, Madison is mailing it in and needs to go, Howard is on our team and our defense, the oldest in the NFL has now been exposed for the way below average group that they are. Enter Sage Rosenfeld/ Exit Sage Rosenfeld. The guy made Ray Lucas look like Johnny Unitas. He was so far beyond dreadful that there isn't even a word for it. I used up three airbags in the first quarter alone. This loss to Cleveland, who didn't even have Lee Suggs, was the basement of the cellar. The wheels came off and watching it was as much fun as root canal without novicaine. But next game I will be rooting for my Dolphins with every fiber of my being because I've got NO quit in me. This is a call for all fans to step up bigtime and cheer for our team. Maybe Madison is quitting, maybe other players aren't giving their all but we as fans are loyal and I've never seen quit in a true Dolphin fan. Who's with me?
