Some interesting quotes, sorry if it's a repost:

"If you ask every guy that passes by right now what we see out of Chad," cornerback Andre Goodman said, "(it's that the) ball comes out on time. Receivers turned their heads, and it almost hit them in the face a couple of times. It's amazing to see that on Day 1".

Receiver Derek Hagan testified that Chad "brings that veteran leadership and you can definitely see it in the huddle. We've been waiting for that and looking for that."

"A heck of a leader," guard Justin Smiley said, "I mean, he doesn't know any of us from the man on the moon right now, but he comes into the huddle and says, 'Give me your eyes".

"We didn't break the huddle good one time and he was like, 'Nah, nah, nah. Next time, we've got to stand and break the huddle.' Just stuff a veteran with great leadership (would do). It's pretty exciting," Smiley added.

Just reading this gets me fired up about Chad leading the Offense, and Henne being able to learn from him. Great stuff.

it's about time. BP comes in.... and 1 season turns things around on the OL, QB, ST, and RB.
Talk about shaking things up for the better.

Very interesting. I have always been a critic of Chad. But I do agree he is the best option we have, and you cant deny his great leadership qualities.

Finally a regime that is really rebuilding our franchise from top to bottom, not these half-arse rebuilding jobs by our previous coaches and GMs.

Very nice. Cant wait to see him play this weekend.

Hopefully next year we can bolster our receiving corp and be set for playoffs.

Nice to see Hagan running his mouth. After he's performed in real games like a pro then he can take not-so-subtle jabs at the other QBs on the roster. Let's see 800 yards and 6 TDs first.

Im going to the game on Sat and am incredibly excited to see Chad ....both Chads play. I will be cheering them on from my Handicap access seats.

It's a lot of little things you don't see or hear about players. Specifically players from opposing teams that you've learned to hate over the years and come to conclusions they stink based on the teams they play for.

When they come play for you your perception changes as you really get to learn all the great attributes you really weren't exposed to before and things you were missing from our former QB's.

Great FO move by Miami, and as a fan my outlook and optimism about this team has taken an about face. Even if we win a few more games this season we are still improving.

Sounds like a guy our young quarterbacks can definitely learn a thing or two from.

Looks like, right now, Henne is the only one getting the ability to learn from him, if they're keeping Beck and McCown on the other side of the bleepin field.

Like the team, you definitely need a game plan and attack strategy after rolling off the hallowed Turnpike exit 2X ... hopefully this'lll help:
