this kid came in late because the the contact deal but he is starting to show people that he is the real deal.that run that he ran last week when he just lowerd his shoulder and ran rite thru the guy this kid is going to be doing nothin but getting better.this weekend i don't care what my wife say's im going to buy me a r.brown jersey i love the kid and he is not only a great football player but a great person.

brown is doing good. But he is feeling hit or miss right now. Either he has a good game cause he breaks a long one, or he has a bad one and is stuffed all day. BUT i will be also buying a R. Brown jersey as soon as i have money. (Welker was for last month)

i agree ronnie did come late and has had a slow start and now he is 17th in rushing i wouldnt be surprised if he gets production like juluis jones got last year down da stretch if he does then kiss ricky goodbye.

yea nick worked w/ him on some confidence type things and put him in some win win situations and he's excelled since he'll be just fine.

Brown looks better and better. I would keep mixing Ricky in. There is no reason to burn the kid up and I know Rickey will get his games as well.

 What are you mean by "hit or miss"? In the last 4 games he hasnt been hit or miss. He did great in 3/4 and the one he did bad against was the #1 D in the league. You gotta look at the carries too. Ya last weeks 65 yarder boosted his stats... but without that run, he was still averaging 4.3 ypc. That isnt hit or miss... He averaged 5.7 ypc against Buffalo and didnt break a long one to boost that either...

I'm talking about the season on the whole. Make no mistake, i am very pleased with ronnies progression. I'm more of talking about the difference between the types of backs. Ricky in his prime was good for 3 yards every carry and would occasionaly break a long one. Ronnie right now will either get stuffed for 0-1 yard and then break an 8 yarder his next chance. This makes me wonder whether it is natural ability or is linehan catching the D sleeping on one play, and then getting caught red handed running on the next. So the queston i ponder is whether it is playcalling or just good running... i have more to say, but i'll leave it as is for right now...

most good backs have runs like that, where they only get one, but then next play 8, the one's that aren't good, have two yards everytime, but nothing more. Ronnie Brown just like the other backs have this happen at times, even if they are good, don't forget this is the NFL, so no matter how good the runningbacks are they aren't always going to get positive yards, but they usually make up for it though. It might also have to do with Miami's o-line also.

Ronnie is doing a real good job right now. in fact doing better than i ever imagined at this stage in the season. if he wasn't doing good I would still hold reservations as to whether it would be his fault as the O line aint exactly setting the world alight. I personally think Ronnie will be a star in the NFL, and will probably be better than williams down the road.

I am really excited to have ronnie and ricky both because i remember when we didnt even have one good rb and i dont want to experience that ever agian. have any of you bought a ronnie jersey yet? i am getting a ronnie jersey next month.

Ronnie Brown so far, and hopefully still at the end of the season, is the ROY. A lot less carries than Caddy yet barely fewer yards, higher YPC, and better recieving stats and he is a better blocker.

I cant wait to see him play the Bills, Jets the second time around I am sure he will play better just because he knows more about how they play that goes for any other team we will play next year that we played this year
