............ The 2005 Miami Dolphins season went north to Cleveland to die today.

You know your having a terrible season when the opposing team is rotating it's rookie backup into the game to get his feet wet.

It amazes me that a man like Sage, itching to get another chance at starting, can't AT LEAST put up a decent game.........not great game.......not a spectacular game...........just a game to get the team by. I am just appalled at the level of QB play, or lack-thereof, that we have to continue to witness - it's HORRIFIC.

They all gave up today. What you saw out there wasn't a team, just a bunch of individuals not really caring. Seriously, I can't think of one guy that I absolutely without a doubt want to have back next year.

their season died when they lost agianst the Patriots, that put them 0-3 in the AFC East

I think that's part of Sage's problem -- he really WASN'T itching to get in there.

That's a bit of an over statement, however, it does appear that the vets (especially on defense) are just playing out the season and collecting their inflated paychecks. They realized last week that there is no real chance of a playoff berth and that the team this offseason will be rebuilding. Knowing they are likely not in the teams' future they are just doing the minimum to get by. What you witnessed today was a team quitting on the season.
It illustrates the need to trade whichever older veteran (JT, ZT etc) that has any trade value.

David Boston.

Do you guys not notice his sig?

Since I have to spell it out, yes it was a joke.

Its really too bad too.. because even with a win today we would be still "in it". Not to mention just ONE win in the THREE games we blew (Buffalo, Atlanta, NE).

Nobody to blame but ourselves.
