Steve Spurrier once compared Jared Cook to Calvin Johnson.

In 2007 was clocked at 4.37 in the 40 yard dash and had a vertical leap of 39.5.

Notice in his vital info the 2nd position listed.

He played both WR and TE in 2006 and 2007 and played TE exclusively last year.

A 240 lbs blocking WR who runs a 4.4

If this isn't Sparano's "bigger, stronger, faster" then what is?

Worst case scenario if the experiment fails. Camarillo comes off the PUP
and takes back his WR spot and Cook is moved to TE.

Having a TE with Vernon Davis speed and Dallas Clark hands wouldn't be so bad either.

What do you think of the "Experiment"???

no thanks we dont rele need a pass catching TE, we have more needs, especially if this kid works out like you said and we would have to waste a high pick on him.

Character matters as well.

I bet Parcells trades our 5th or something close for that for Miles Austin and focuses on and defense and the offensive line in the draft.

Yes, but he could be the big WR that we need. Your normal CBs wouldn't be able to handle a WR that big and that fast. Think Calvin or Andre Johnson.
