randy mueller article

Like it, sounds good. Feeley will go the way of the dodo bird. We all should have seen that coming. Well, I can honestly say I did see that coming pretty early, probably as early as last year. Still Gus has really surprised me how well he has done. He genuinely looks GOOD out there a lot of the times.

Good read. I really like the direction the team is going in. Very professional. Hope Gus keeps it going, like his leadership, veteran presence so far.

"Finding that right guy†for the future, according to Mueller, will include bringing in some new faces. In his view, the Dolphins will be looking to draft a quarterback every year"

Man that is a nice breath of fresh air. This is something that good teams do. It doesnt matter who you have at QB, you should draft one every year. Look at Green Bay, they had Farve, but drafted QB's and got good value on them in trades (Brunell and Hasselbeck to name a couple). This is something I never understood why the Dolphins didn't do. Under Jimmy and Wanny they never drafted QBs except maybe one or two. QB is the most important position on the field and you should always have your QB of the future and someone ready to step in just in case as well.

Good read. I love the way this organization is being set up.

Great article. Thanks. It says a lot about how serious Mueller and Saban are about upgrading the QB position and not just hoping that everything just happens to work out.

I was there when he was saying those things. Randy is definitely happy to be here.

And they will find a QB. Mueller is a big believer in continuously bringing people in until you find your guy. I would be highly suprised if this team doesn't take a shot at somebody next year. Either via trade/free agency or in the higher rounds in the draft.

Thanks for the article. It really does seem more and more like we are headed in the right direction. It is crazy to think at one point the Saints had Jake, Marc, Arron, AND Blake on the team at once. Looks to me like out of all of them they kept the worst one.

I also didn't realize we would be that well off under the cap next year. Who knows maybe we could afford to get a Rivers. It would also be great to have enough to afford to keep Ricky, although I really don't see that happening. :(
