Randy Starks arraignment set for July 14

Defense attorney Ed O'Donnell had prepared depositions from Starks as well as the eight passengers in Starks' vehicle in hopes of getting the case dismissed. Those include a female Chicago police officer, Dolphins linebacker William Kershaw and Cleveland Browns linebacker D'Qwell Jackson, the NFL's leading tackler last season.

I predict they'll drop the case. Especially since the officer did such a poor job in detailing the crime in his report.

I would think they would have dropped it by now if they were going to drop it. Not saying they won't, of course.

Not going to spend alot of of the few brain cells I have left even worrying or arguing this . I will say that if all the lawyer was saying was true it would have seemed that they would have dropped the case but either way none of us know what happened so all we can can do is speculate and make asserations built on nothing but what the lawyer has claimed so far since the police have made no media statements which is far from unusual.
