Randy Starks: Cashing checks

I used to like this guy, but lately he seems to be not making many plays and on the sidelines, no matter the situation, seems to be having a great time yukking it up. Normally I wouldn't mind a guy having fun but we were getting waxed at the time and I think that leaders can set bad examples for the young guys.
