My rankings for a fantasy QB in the AFC East are:
.-Culpepper - He knows how to make a lot fantasy points throwing well deep the ball.
.-Pennington - If he stays healthy, he make a lot TD passes.
.-Brady - Eventhough he knows how to win a game, he is not an elite QB for a fantasy team.
.-Ramsey - Acceptable TD passes for a fantasy team when he is the starter.
.-Holcomb - He's got his fired up games scoring a lot of TD's, the only thing is that he doesn't have a lot of them and he isn't the "always starter" of the Bills, he doesn't deserve to be a fantasy team starter.
.-Lossman - He is competing for the starting spot at QB in Buffalo and when he get it, he doesn't put acceptable numbers for a fantasy team.
