I'm not totally sold on rating offenses and defenses solely based on yardage. if you look into the numbers a little closer, our run D is actually very good. we're giving up 3.3 yards per carry, which is good enough for 6th in the league. our passing D really stinks though. we're allowing the 2nd highest QB rating against us at roughly 115. that's really bad.

Yes stats can be misleading....but this is a young d THAT IS ONLY GOING TO GET BETTER...this is encouraging remember i think only Ferguson and Porter have been part of a 3-4 in the pros. So everyone is learning the ins and outs...this D will be scary sooner than later

our run D is "good" because teams are throwing
pretty much at will on us.

and if teams want to run on us, they pretty much can
in that area also.

the jets.

the cards.

2 out of 3 teams did whatever they wanted to us.

our problem is, we have NO real playmakers on
eithr side of the ball. if we are forced to play a
team straight up, we FAIL!!! big time.

our run defense is a paper tiger.

MP08!!

when i see him do that without trick/suprise offenses
i will call him that.

before the wildcat, he was stinko!

I don't believe the line was playing like they were capable. NE was the first game that both units started to put it together.
