Taking everything into consideration (leadership, experience, etc.) not just PHYSICAL skills:

Brees
Culpepper
Kitna
Rivers
Schaub
McCown
Cutler
Pennington

of all the rumors that ive heard....these are the ones i can think of:

1 brees
2 culpeper
3 shaub
4 cutler
5 kitna
6 mccown
7 mcnair
8 rivers
9 ramsey:sidelol:
10 garcia

Culpepper
Brees
Cutler
McNair
Kitna
McCown

Rivers and schaub both have weak arms, Culpepper, Brees and Cutler are definetly the top three choices for us right now.

I have to say
1. Brees- consistently good over past couple years, relatively young
2. Culpepper- flashier when good, but not as consistent as Brees, plus a little older. Numbers show him to be about a .500 qb
3. Schaub-Flash in the pan? Not enough evidence.
4. Kitna- basically Gus
5. McCown
6. Rivers/Cutler-unknown nfl quantities

Culpepper
Brees
Schaub
Cutler
Rivers

considering all the skills and question marks (health and inexperience) I'd go with:

Brees
Culpepper
Rivers
Cutler
McCown
Schaub
Kitna
.
..
...
....
.....
Pennington

Brees will simply be a matter of money, alot of it. Bottom line- he's worth it. I say let's pay the price and make Drew Brees a Dolphin. With that acquisition Miami becomes one of the best teams in football. We can use all our draft picks to add a cornerback, a safety and in the first round we see who falls our way and grab him.

i would go with

BREES
CULPEPPER
SCHAUB
CUTLER
RIVERS
MCNAIR
RAMSEY
MY ALCOHOLIC UNCLE BILL
MY GRANDMA
PENNINGTON

I don't know about Rivers but I have been to a few of Schaub's games and he has lots of zip on his balls. I don't understand where people come up with Schaub has a weak arm stuff:confused: What are you basing his "weak arm" on?

my perfect scenario right now would be to get brees, then get a guy like cromartie or greenway in the 1st....mangold or gean-jiles in the 2nd, WR in the 3rd and Defense the rest of the way through with a possible RB if the Ricky thing goes through

I'd also try to acquire lecharles bentley and another CB or S from FA....

Why are Brees (wrecked shoulder) and Culpepper (destroyed knee) ranked so high on everyones list? We dont even know if Brees can still throw and Culpepper probably wont even play for another year!

Do we really want to give up 1st or 2nd rounders (which is what the Vikes and Bolts are gonna want for those two) for QB's that might be damaged goods?

Culpepper
Brees

The others on that list don't even belong in the conversation with these two.
