Ray Lewis on the fins

His point about the Phins' org. being a rather racist one is valid (why do you think Nat Moore has never coached). That's always been the players' bulletpoint on the phins all the way back to Shula and beyond. It's always been that way. Is it getting better? Sure. But they've never been historically known as a racially "fashion-forward" team, especially where coaching and QBing is concerned. The standard locker-room culture doesn't help much either.

This will change though.

Trashing the Fins yet he get away with murder but respected , I don't get it

How come nobody ever asks Ray what happened to the white suit he had on the night before the Superbowl in Atlanta in 2000?....when he was either involved in or covered up a murder of two people?

Don't take it so personal, they are giving their opinion based on the information they have, once they get more info their assessment may change......be patient and let all the info come out then lets see what happens....

You do realize that Cris Carter demonstrated such a lack of self-control in his junkie-like dependency that he was kicked off his Eagles team? Does that qualify him to bloviate on team dynamics?

You do realize that Keyshawn Johnson was such a team player that he earned the "MEshawn" name early in his career, wrote an autobiography while still a player and not unimportantly, was kicked off his team in TB by Gruden for being a lockerroom cancer? Does that qualify him to bloviate on team dynamics?

You do realize don't you that Tom Jackson has about as much residual credibility as Tawanna Brawley? That because he made up a bunch of BS about Pats players hating Belicheat without talking to him, that BB hates and stonewalls him? Or that after being called out by Bart Scott after a victory for his prediction of a decisive Pats win the next morning on M&M he claimed he did that expressly to "motivate the jets." If he predicted sunshine, what about him would not convince you to pack an umbrella?

And then there's criminal Ray, who was compelled to testify or otherwise would have gone silent. Whether they were acquitted or not, he obviously thought they were guilty and he complicit or else he would have done his civic duty without threat of trial and not accepted terms of parole and legal charges. Do you really think he has the moral standing to criticize anyone?

If you want to give these "do as I say, not as I did" buffoons the benefit of the doubt, that's your prerogative but me, I'd personally assign more credibility to Bernie Madoff lecturing on financial transparency than I would any of these hypocrites!

I don't remember Ray Lewis being convicted of murder, I do however remember him pleading guilty to obstruction of justice, he was trying to protect his friends who were involved in the fight which resulted in two guys being murdered.....his friends were found not guilty because it was self defense......I wasn't there so I will not be reckless and accuse Ray of murder.....

The way you guys have rallied around a bozo like Richie, I'm sure if Ray Lewis was a Dolphin you would be singing a different tune right now.....

Of course. It's the homer vote. Just like the playoff predictions.

Ray Lewis is the biggest fake I've ever seen. I murderer who conveniently turned preacher when he got away with it. **** him and anything he has to say. He is no better than OJ Simpson, Ted Bundy, Jefferey Dahmer, etc. He is a murderer. The only thing separating him from the other names: HE GOT AWAY WITH IT. Go **** yourself Ray.

We've had some terrible QBs of all colors and hues .. to that end we're an equal opportunity screwer-up. We actually traded a 2nd for Mahatma Cullpecker, we gave Cleo Lemon a chance to win the job; Ray Lucas got his shot and turned out to be one of our all time worst QBs. I might be missing some but to say we don't give black QBs an honest chance to succeed just feeds into a disingenuous agenda.

Dude if everyone who ever did something wrong in their life wasn't allowed to weigh in on a situation, it would be awful quiet......sometimes the people who have gone threw trial and tribulations are the people I want to hear from.....they've been through it, lived and it and survived it......I don't consider them Hippocrates at all.

Now with that being said, it doesn't mean you have to agree with them......20yrs from now the next big financial scandal, I would love to hear what Bernie has to say about it
