do you guys think something needs to be done within the NFL now... gearing towards punishing teams that have situations with their players like this on their teams? it would allow teams to think twice into taking these types of players in.
now with setting up rules or standards toward this would definitely be difficult and need a lot of discussion to figure it all out. but i believe it should definitely be looked into and worked out.
giving second chances to players is totally fine. having players learn from their mistakes and working to prove themselves afterwards as better people is perfect... and what basically should be backed up throughout all jobs, aspects of life and others. BUT... when you have a person or player consistently making the same mistakes, or at least getting themselves involved with situations like this, or putting themselves in situations, its awful. no business, or job, would let this behavior continue... why should teams or the NFL look at it differently 9yes i know about talent, money, and what you want to put on the field for victories).
