Zero chance of this. There's a reason Matthews cannot get on the field for the Titans and Rishard is in denial.

He left because he didn't get enough targets here and in Tenn, I doubt he wants to come back especially when we spread the ball around no one is focused on.

I kinda like the fact that Matthews is pissed - shows he has the drive & wants the ball. As I said.....I wouldn't give him the money he was getting but if we could grab him at a bargain I'd do it no question.
