look at 3/26/08 They said in the other thread on the page they didn't know who we were going to draft and almost everyone says we won't go qb round 1. they didn't think W.H wanted to give that kind of money to anyone but a QB but we have 1 and may take 1 in the later rounds.
They didn't want any contract problems from who we pick(hold out). No way W.H will pay a crap load of money for a back up QB when BP and Co said they have big plans for Beck. Read between the lines.
They didn't want to give QB money to a linemen. But W.H says he will.So they will no pick and not trade the 1st pick.
It will be 1 of the Long's and Chris is my bet.
