Realistic Scenario Free Agency/Draft

1. We are not spending big money on a free agent WR, CB, S
2. We are not trading for a big name player
3. We will resign bell. You know we just have to
4. Crowder walks, Carey Resigns
5. We sign Jason Brown C
6. We draft a mlb and an olb in first 3 rds
7. We draft a playmaker for our secondary
8. We sign a middle tier cornerback. solid #2 guy
9. If carey walks we draft a rt in first 3 rds as well.
10. Our team looks like the following:

Offense:

Qb: pennington, henne
rb: ronnie, ricky
wr: ginn, camarillo, bess, london
te: fasano
LT: Long
LG: Smiley, 5th rounder
C: Jason Brown
RG: Donald Thomas, Samson Satele
RT: Carey or 3rd rd draft pick

LE: Holliday/Merling
NT: Ferguson/Soliai
RE: Langford

ROLB: Porter
MLB: 2nd rd draft pick
ILB: Ayodele
LOLB: Sintim/Matthews/Cushing, Roth

CB: W.ALllen
CB2: 2nd rd draft pick
CB3: free agent or goodman

S: Bell
S: Hill

Thoughts?

We're not signing a big time wr like many people think. Jason brown is a major signing for this offense b/c he makes our OLINE ELITE! Our wrs are young and growing and we will not be spending another first or second rounder on a 22 yr old wr to go along with 24 ginn, 23 bess, and camarillo and london.

Are there and defensive free agents that could make a major impact on this team? Bart Scott could be very solid and allow us to draft a young NT instead of a mlb early on.

Late in the draft look for a safety, wr, and te
 
whoops! yeah cam wake at lolb. Its gonna be tough because we have 3 major free agents and there aren't that many playmaking defensive free agents out there.

housh boldin etc. are off the radar. our offense is solid. we need to find playmakers to add to this defense

I think if we try to make it through next seasons schedule with Ferguson/Soliai we may as well expect to see one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL.

if carey walks then you got a handme down or rookie at rt. that is not elite. both guards are still a question mark. we are far from elite with jason brown.
 
It's nice to say we will draft a MLB in the 2nd but can you name one worth taking there?

After Rey and James the drop off is large so therefore our drafting of an ILB will be in the 4th or later where the value is.
 
we will get another WR and safety to replace hill. he sucks at tackling and coverage.
 
Wouldn't it just shock the world if Jason Allen started and played well?
