Do you think it is because of their franchise QB that they are leading in this game or their physical D-line, O-line and running game? Give the Fins a great O-line and D-line and watch what happens.
 
Roethlisberger makes plays, Rodgers makes plays........they inprovise and make it happen, they will meet in the Superbowl.

This is a QB driven league, Henne will never play in a Superbowl.

I didn't ask what team was better, I asked why the Steelers are winning now. Oh, and by the way, all the teams in the final four have good defenses
 
Both the Steelers and Packers have very good defenses. And they're opportunistic defenses which is important.
 
Right now they are winning because of Rashad Mendenhall
 
Yeah...and this team hasn't invested enough in its offense line? Come on. We used draft picks and we've thrown insane amounts of money at the offensive line. Why trust this regime with throwing still more at solving the O-line problem?
 
Um, you have to get into the playoffs first before you can win in the playoffs. A good running game alone isn't going to get us there. And we already have the Dline.
 
Now go look at the stats of Rodgers and Roethlesberger today-they are amazing aren't they?
 
Yes, I was about to say... I think both quarterbacks are very good but neither one of them were the reason their teams won today.
 
I think alot has to do with depth on the roster. The Packers have been riddled with injuries all season yet they find themselves in a Superbowl. Same with the Steelers. They lost Roethlisberger and Polamalu at stages of the season and still continued to perform at a very high level.

It goes without saying that you need a top tier QB to get to a SB, but depth is huge also.
