It's time to talk about it. It's not a bad word at this point. But as many know, it has to be done without Tannenbaum. We need to be aware though, that this organization may try to sell us on the whole, "we just need a few pieces" trick. We are waaaaay past that. This is a full gut and build opportunity and at this point, I don't even care if it's without Gase. We just need some experience running the show. Even if he doesn't stay coach, we should keep him around. He is a winner and a very good coach, I just don't know if it's HC yet. Whuddya think?

That's odd. Because Gase was fired in Denver and the proceeded to win the Super Bowl the very next year with a real offensive coach in Kubiak. Granted Phillips was a huge price as well.

Rebuild? We been rebuilding since 2003.

We certainly need a rebuild, but a complete and full rebuild.

At this point, do you REALLY think Ross is gonna get rid of T-bum and all the other wastes of space in the FO?

Because I'll believe that when I see it, sad but true

It's hard to do a complete rebuild because miami always let someone survive to the next regime and then it repeats itself. Everything needs eradicated except a handful of players. But if you fire Gase now it's just going to scare away any real coaches from going to Miami. But you fire everyone but Gase and it's the whole not fully rebuilding yet again.

I beg to differ. Any real head coach knows that Gase is not one and might even have some respect for Ross in not clinging to such a horrible decision.

Yeah But This Organization Never States that. The very first step to solving a problem is to identify the problem. Might seen trivial and I u derstand their bottom line, the $$$ refrains them from stating it, but you cannot keep misleading and taking advantage of us fans. Eventually, the bottom will fall out.

I thought we were rebuilding...isn't that why we just got a new coach?

Yup, I hear ya. But it starts with getting rid of Tannenbaum, hiring a new pres. Of operations and GM, and let them bring their own guys in. It's such a simple answer yet Ross doesn't have the aptitude to make that decision

I agree that a complete rebuild is necessary, but I don't want to dump Gase just yet. Tannenbaum needs to go. His roster decisions have been atrocious. I'm afraid Ross will agree but make the mistake of letting Tannenbaum construct the team.

Providing we can get rid of T-bum, where would you start when it comes to rebuilding the team? For me, I would focus on the trenches. I like what the Titan's did with their line and would use that as a model. No more pusses. I want guys with an attitude, a mean streak, and can run block!

100 percent I would do the same

Yes I agree. Everybody must go! Bring in a real GM and let him make every decision under the sun. Force nothing on him, this will increase the options. Let the GM choose a head coach and the 2 of them can agree on and create one vision for the team. Let them handle every player decision. I've had enough of this crap. In my opinion the most embarrassing thing that can happen on an NFL football field is when a team can just run the football and you can't stop it. That's HS football. This team needs to be redone from the inside out, there are very few pieces I would keep.
