Think about it folks. The Miami Dolphins are ranked in the bottom of the league in both offense qnd defense. I cant think of even 10 players who are must keep players on this roster.

When we win its just barely and when we lose we get killed. This team is so far from being good its depressing

We actually have a chance to go 5-1 in the division.

Besides that every thing else sucks!!!

10?? That's it? I'll not beat a dead horse, but even TOP teams have a lot of average players. You're saying Miami only has 10 players average or above? We disagree.

We always think our players suck but last night I saw Ted Ginn playing well for New Orleans, Dion Jordan contributing in Seattle and Damien Williams starting for KC. I’m sure you guys can think of other former Dolphins playing well for better teams....I don’t think a lack of talent is why we suck...

That's not at all what he said. I don't think we have even 10 must keep players. We have some average players. We have a few above average players. We also have a lot of jags.

The premise of the thread is we aren't as good as our record might indicate.

He is absolutely correct.

Our division record is misleading as well, considering that the Bills, and Jets are god awful as well.

This team is a dropped TD and a miracle from being 5-10 right now. We haven’t mustered 200 yds of offense in 3 out of the last four games. That’s pretty hard to do in today’s NFL. Get this offensive guru and his arrogant and pompous attitude out of Miami.

If you look at pro-football-references "expected win/loss" we are 18-28 under Gase.

Mike Pouncey is going to the Pro Bowl.

3 reasons the Dolphins are this bad:

1. Poor drafting
2. Poor coaching
3. Poor QB play

Hoping this team loses for better draft position is indicitive of how badly they can’t evaluate top talent. Spare me the Tunsil and Fitzpatrick mantra. Those were two gifts.

Yeah, I get that, but, IMO, this is triage. List players from worst to best. Start at the bottom and replace. Some average players will be 'must keep' for no other reason than cap limitations and upgrade availability. I would never spend resources to replace an average player when worse players are on the roster

Every year there are a lot of low R1 gifts and day 2 gifts. It isn't that they were gifts. It's the wisdom to take advantage of them

Our best players are on IR or playing bandaged up. Right now we have a field full of White Walkers which has been the story of this franchise for years .

I really think that is an oversimplification. Not all positions have equal importance. In reality, I'm not sure if we know what we have in some players, given the fact that our coaching/teaching is so suspect.

After careful consideration, I can only come up with 4 players who are off limits.

Tunsil

Wake, because he's earned that respect. Assuming the $ is reasonable.
