Refs are trying to screw the Giants

I find it funny, because I hate the Giants......but they are making some horrendous calls to try and get the Rams back in this one.

Did anyone see the 4th down spot that the refs moved by about a yard, for no obvious reason, and then let it stand even after a challenge. The call on the Holt sideline catch was pretty bad too....but at least they reversed that.

I want the Giants to lose and all......but the crying in the NY/NJ area will be simply unbearable if they lose a huge lead because of calls like this.

Well the refs gave the Giants a TD, I didn't see the refs give SL a TD. Toomer was out of bounds and they even reviewed it and gave tgem the TD. On a play like that the receiver must retain complete possession when he hits the ground but the ball shiffled a bit as Toomer hit the ground so it should have been incomplete. You guys may remember a similar play by Chambers in 2002 at the meadowlands. He had possession in bounds but it squirted a bit as he hit the ground so therefore it is incomplete.

as usual you don't know what you are talking about. I brought up the dolphin play b/c it was a similar play. Chambers had complete control and 2 feet in then he hit the ground and the ball squirted slightly and it was correctly ruled incomplete. I wouldn't expect somone like you to know the rules anyway just to complain when being taught the rules. The wrong call was made there.

One thing I know is that when folks need to resort to personal attacks they generally know they are wrong but just can't admit it. I am 100% correct on this rule so take it as a lessona nd someday you'll be able to explain it to someone else.

There were alot of dolphin fans as well that said it was a good call. When your own fans admit it I tend to believe it was correct. Actually I know it was correct, as I mentioned I had a great view live then watching it on tape it was w/o question the right call. I wouldn't even call it close, this wasn't like the refs blowing the Becht 2 pt conversion and the becht offensive PI that cost us our game at Miami in '03.
