Cardinals NT Dan Williams is out of shape.
The Arizona Republic's Kent Somers says Williams' condition has come as a "huge disappointment" to Cardinals coaches. Troubling news after Williams struggled with his conditioning for much of his rookie season last year, at one point being a healthy scratch because he was overweight. He's still likely to start over Nick Eason at nose tackle in Week 1.

no mean by saying Odrick is better but at least it seems he doesn't have a bad work ethic......

Odrick is better and is challenging for a starting job on a very deep D-line. He will have a more consistent career than Dez IMO

After I was totally wrong about not picking Brady Quinn, I'll never overvalue my opinion on anything and for the most part, its kept things pretty balanced and my enjoyment of the dolphins a lot less volatile

Actually, I was strongly agaist drafting Williams.

I dont think anyone here wanted Dan Williams, although many mock drafts from "experts" had us taking him

His weight was one of the big concerns all throughout his days at Tennessee... he came to the Vols weighing 360+ pounds. They stayed on him about his weight constantly to keep it under control..

Paul Solia was the same way not too long ago... a LOT of guys in the NFL are this way.

Some of them seem to snap out of it, learn what it takes to be a professional, and develope a work ethic that keeps them in shape... some don't.

Dan Williams will either learn that or he won't...
