Wanny did not choose AJ.

Wanny did not trade a 3rd rd pick for Gordon.

Please for those who are blaming the personnel we have on O, remember that the new Offense is Ricks not Wanny's.

Wanny's Off. Line last year is 100 times Rick's group of losers.

Wanny's QB could atleast win games whether he was responsible for the win or not.

I could go on forever, but Ill stop.

Rick was trying to save Wanny's *** with all of these moves..

That being said, maybe it is in the best interest of the Miami Dolphins to rid itself of the entire regime..

Yeah, but Wanny doesn't seem to be able to control this team. Wanny's days in Miami are becoming numbered and he may not survive the entire season.

Yes, and thank goodness we have the guys we have. Would you like to be watching Brian Griese getting sacked or picked on every throw to Thompson because of a massively terrible line instead of AJ getting sacked or picked half the time throwing to Booker behind a slightly better line? I know I wouldn't.

This is laughable. The problem here is an utter lack of coaching. The personnel moves have been just fine on the OL, but you can't stick 4 new guys out there and have them do jack unless you put a little effort into it from the sideline. A little effort is clearly a little more than DW or TW want to put into it.

Wanny's QB is the guy who Wanny chooses to play. Are you unfamiliar with what a GM does vs. what a coach does?

I could go on forever, but Ill stop.

Thanks. We have enough poor arguments around here as it is.

Um sorry. wanny's had 5 years to build a Oline. why do you assume that it either has to be this year's sack of losers or last year's (three of which are out of football, BTW)? How about adding a guy a year through the draft or FA instead of wasting picks and money eddie Moore or Daruis Thompson. Yeah blame Rick's band-aid solutions on dave's gaping wounds..

Yeah Id rather have the 2nd round pick back from AJ. Yeah Id like to have that 3rd rounder back from Gordon as well. With as early as we would be drafting that could mean a lot.

If anyone here thinks Wanny is playing Feeley because he thinks he gives the Fins the best chance to win then they are crazy. That call is coming from upstairs.

Do you have any evidence to back up, or are you just serving up big plates of speculation at this point?

Rick was responsible for this year but he is trying to make up for Dave's past draft's. However he didn't draft a quarterback or a defensive tackle that he should of with Bowens past! Wayne H. can't be to happy right now considering he is the laughing stock of the NFL!

FFiC,

I agree heartily with you about DT. In fact, I may be the original "draft Vince Wilfolk" guy. I think QB is a different story, though. I think it's clear that the consensus was that this team couldn't wait for a rookie to develop, so RS made what I still feel was the best choice to make at the time. This team didn't overpay for AJ nearly as much as the Redskins did for Brunell, and we should all thank RS for that if for nothing else...

I was literally pulling my hair out when i heard this was the reason why we didn't get Drew Henson(sp). We didn't have to go out and spend a fortune on a washed up QB but but how in the world did RS think Feeley was going to come on and make a quick impact. Henson is not proven by any means but we'll see who's more "developed" in a year or two.

I don't care for Wannstedt or Spielman (in terms of player personnel) .. however, Spielman deserves a bit more of a break than does Wannstedt IMO. RS has only been at it for 1 season while DW had 5 years to prove himself. Had RS been in charge of personnel just last season, the Dolphins would have Anquan Boldin instead of Eddie Moore.

Wanny has made a few nice moves here and there (Chambers, McMichael) but overall, he has wasted too many draft picks and cap money on the defensive side of the ball. His neglect for the offensive side of the ball is showing up in full effect this season. True, Ricky Williams retirement really screwed things up ... however the Dolphins wouldn't be much better off right now if he was still a member of this team. The o-line is the BIGGEST weakness of this team right now and it's solely DW's fault.
