Remember this guys!

it seems like a few people were negative about the play of a few of our players during last nights game......for those who watched or didnt watch, i want you to remember a couple things.

1) our starters owned jax head-to-head- during the beginning of the game (1 int. and a field goal, also brown ran through one of the best d-lines in the game).

2) our starters came out during the 1st quarter, and del rio left his guys in untill the second half. second half they had their second string and we had our third string, and we still kept up with then.

as someone who is always critical of my phins, i think we did awesome last night, i was really impressed, dante did look a little unsure out there (which is to be expected), and the secondary did get burned, but overall, im very pleased.

i agree with all that you said. and as far as our secondary is concerned, i think the int. that will allen forced was probably the best play of the tnight. it was solid coverage, it was a pass leftwich through, and it was a great athletic play by allen.

yea they were decent.and the jagz left their starters in way too long.my only concern is the secondary but besides that they did alright:dolphins:

These preseason games are for the backups. That is why JT is sitting. Chambers and DC were limited. We were looking to see what the backups could do. As Saban said, these games are for those youngins to get better and start getting the understanding of the system down. J Allen just got here. So many guys still have to get on the same page. The difference this year will be better talent and veterans who know what the hell they are doing. Daniels didnt even play so I feel very good about what we did last night minus giving up the big plays. As coach Saban said, those things can be corrected and there is no doubt that they will be.

I was psyched about Will Allen in the first quarter, he made some big plays. Oline looked good from what i heard, and Joey actually had a good game for a guy who is still trying to figure things out. He as well will get it together. Cleo lemon is a keeper. Lemon can play. I feel real good about things.
