Remember consistent winning seasons? Remember Don Shula and all his wins? How about Dan Marino and his records? I know I took ALL of that for granted and thought we would always be a good team. I was a baby when the Dolphins were great in '71, '72 and '73 and 11 and 14 when they lost in their last two visits to the Superbowl, and that was 22 years ago. So I really do not remember any greatness by this team. Yeah, there were close calls with Marino but the Bills always won. And then we had that stretch of horrible losses in the first round of the playoffs, ending in 2001.

So it's been five years since we were a playoff team which matches our longest playoff drought from 1985 to 1990. The thing is it seems like it will be another few years before we will be a compettitive team and in today's fickle league, it may be longer than that with coaching changes and free agency.

I'm not mad anymore. I'm almost sad and definitely not very hopeful. At least this site is here for us Phreaky Phin Phans to vent.

Feel better? Hope so, I know I sure don't. I have this pit or knot deep in my heart. This is the worst I've ever felt as a football fan. I never even knew this much heartache growing up as a Cardinals "fan" in St. Louis, with the worst owner in the league; Bill Bidwell. Just be glad we don't have HIM for an owner.

Face it this team is the worst in the NFL. I no longer get mad anymore. I expect to lose. The Miami Dolphins, may they RIP.

this game killed my energy for the season, i finally dont care, if i keep up the stress i might need medication

Winning? No. How does that work? :confused2

Sorry i've gotten so used to being a loser I forget what winning feels like.

Has Saban said anything about how much we've IMPROVED this week yet?

no but saban did say that we do what we need to do in practice... practice? we talkin about practice?

I bagged up all of my shirts, jerseys, hats, magnets, key chains, etc. It now sits in a corner as if in Time Out. I avoided tearing or breaking anything but I will not wear a shirt or fly the flag. I have to somewhat separate myself from this because I take it so personally.

a real meaningful win, yeah when Llamar Smith drove us over the Colts. Otherwise no
