Report: Dolphins won't pursue Jim Harbaugh for coaching job

Harbaugh has won everywhere he has been. He took a 49ers team to 2 NFC Championship games and 1 Superbowl in a 3 year period. Ross should call up Harbaugh and offer him the highest paying contract in NFL history for a head coach to try and lure him to Miami.

Ross has got Harbaugh exactly where he wants him, only way we could ever get him is that Harbaugh wanted to leave college for professional football.

but why is he no longer in SF?

Stephen Ross working against this teams best interest makes him one of the worst owners in the NFL.

If Ross graduated anywhere other than Michigan, he'd have a Scrooge McDuck size pile of money waiting for Harbaugh this offseason. But no, we'll have to settle for some douchebag like Hue Jackson because Ross is a bigger fan of his Alma Mater than he is the NFL franchise he owns. Only the Dolphins could ever have this problem.

No ****

Not going fpr don shula either?

Harbaugh isn't going anywhere, he's got a job to finish in Michigan, don't see him leaving until it is.

Eh, I wouldn't poach from my alma mater either, especially if the coach is a fellow alum and has only been there one year.

Players seem to tune him out after a few years, better suited for the college game than the pros longterm.

Which is reasonable for a person...but not for a owner.

The owner of the Miami Dolphins should do whatever is best for the Miami Dolphins. If he simply wants to be a fan then he should sell the team to someone whose priorities aren't so divided.
