I think at the very least we'll see new offensive and defensive coordinators. Pairing Gase with Bowles and Martz or someone like that would be a major coaching upgrade.

As much as I want John Harbaugh I don't like the idea of giving up picks.

If Gase goes, I want a veteran coach who has the connections to put together a quality staff. Mike Shanahan, Mike Martz, John Fox etc.

It’s going to be so hard to be a fan of this team in 2019 with Gase coming back. This is truly sickening. 13-19 over the last two years, horrible offense, and horrible defense. Bad free agent signings. Young players being marginalized rather than coached up and improved. And a head coach who basically admits he doesn’t concern himself with defense, and is somehow retained.

This makes me think that Rex Ryan story from Armando is about Rex getting the DC job under Gase. Maybe he was contacting various options for D-Line, Secondary, LB coaches.
