Report: Shanahan Wanted Tannehill, Not RGIII

This is not possible. Tannehill is the worst QB in the Hiztory of futbol. Nobody could ever want him, except for this franchize, which some of us are apparently forsed to ruut for.
 
It's too bad we swooped in at number 7 and grabbed him before Shanahan could get him at number two. That makes no sense.
 
Shanahan would be a perfect fit with RT. He can coach up QB's. Always manufactures a run game and boots the pocket with the QB.
 
Too bad we don't utilize the read option for Tannehill, oh wait, we did for one play, and he magically ran for 6-7 yards. Wonder why.
 
i love the sarcastic comments when posters CORRECTLY point out that tannehill has been average and has to make a ton of improvement, if he ever does, to be a franchise qb. goat go watch the games again and stop blaming the whole world for tannehills shortcomings, you know like turnovers, pocket presence, accuracy issues at the worst times and the worst deep ball passer in the nfl....12-14 as a starter and thats the bottom line!

For what it's worth, I totally believe this. I think that RT is a much better fit for Mike Shanahan's offense.
 
In other words, if Philbin and Shanahan are both fired... Shanahan is willing to take the job here.

you are joking right? for instance: Troy Aikman was 7-19 to start his career! you cant be serious?
 
If true.......then if shanaham is out with redskins at end of year, I would replace philben with him and at least have a proven winner as our HC

I'd be torn on that one. On one hand, I think he could turn Tannehill into a great QB. We would have a fun offense.

On the other hand, Mike Shanahan.
