I saw this thread on Ginn and it really was disappointing. Sure, it would have been great to see Ginn stay inbounds (to keep the clock running) and fight for extra yardage instead of ducking out of bounds, but the idea that the team is losing respect for him because of this is ludicrous.

And here's why.

Ginn was also the guy that made a key third down catch on that final drive, and after making the grab, it was clear to those in attendance and those watching on television that virtually the entire sideline mobbed him in celebration.

Based on that play alone, which was a clutch one in terms of helping preserve the win, I'm more or less sure that Ginn has not lost the respect of any teammates.

why is your response to a thread worth it's own thread....why wouldn't you just post in that thread?

Is your opinion that much more profound than everyone else's?

He is nothing but a coward, needs to learn how to take a hit. I guess its the kind of ball they play in Ohio.

the guy made a mistake by running out....what do you guys want to do? Shoot him? He's coming around, making the catches...stop the hate....we won 2 big games in a row but people still have to find something to complain about. Will it ever stop?

Ozzy rules!!

You know some of you guys are way too critical. If you're going to point out Ginn running out of bounds you'de better go look at the tape again cause I saw Ronnie do the same thing right before that and I don't hear anyone getting on him.

Ronnie Brown made the same mistake after his hit on Cromartie. He didn't have to go out of bounds. Actually if he had been more heads up, he could have take it up the sideline for a huge gain. I don't hear any complaints about that. (especially from me)

Ginn is coming along. He is exactly what he was coming out of college. A skinny average receiver who has one major advantage, his speed. He has to learn pretty much everything else.

As far as I remember, Ronnie was more or less pushed out of bounds.
I also noticed Ginn stepping out and was wondering why he would do that.

I think I remember seeing Dan Marino run out of bounds once. We should have cut his *** right there on the spot.

lol. it was a mistake but do you guys really want our 150 pound playmaker to lower his shoulder? he made the catch and he didnt fumble...2/3 aint bad

people need to get off the guy's back, this coaching staff did not draft him with the 9th overall pick , Cam did. But in his defense , he is making progress ,7 catches for 55 yards is ok, he will break one soon and did everyone forget that he basically helped put the nail in the Chargers coffin with that beautiful catch when he kept both feet in bounds.

Maybe they were just happy to see him finally do something....or perhaps he owes many of them money...and they wanted to collect....frankly who cares.

It's not important they like each other....whats important is they play well together.

Ginn is our most talented WR and our fastest WR . . . we knew he was RAW comming out of college . . . but the kid is improving . . . and any ill towards him by the team was ELIMINATED with that big catch on 3rd down . . . because they EXPLODED when he caught that. The man has great hands, and unbelievable speed. The route running is getting better. He will make mistakes, but I like the way these WR's . . . specifically Camarillo and Ginn are improving week to week . . . and the TE's have been great also. I like what I am seeing from what we have.

This team is confident . . . and I was confident watching them . . . every 3rd and short I was like RUN THE BALL, because I knew we were better than them and they couldn't stop it.
