Remarkable man.

His life story should be a movie from being a great multi sport athlete to a HOF coach to holding his Vikings memorabilia yard sales he is a Legend up in Minnesota for good reason.

Underrated as a HC because he never won a SB.

Not to be callous, but if I live to 95...when I pass, I don't want it listed as "shocked by terrible news." More like, "He lived a long time and leaves a great legacy."

Bud was a legend, and he'll be missed.

RIP, Bud Grant. Impressive that he played in both the NFL and the NBA. I never knew he won four Grey Cups coaching in Canada. I always thought he was a class guy, the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way with him was that he complained a lot about preferential treatment Shula may have gotten being head of the rules committee. Probably always pissed that we completely manhandled his Vikings in SB VIII.
