I found it interesting that the Dolphins didn't try to a move up to the Rams pick like the Redskins have.

But, I must admit three #1's and a 2nd reminds me of the Ricky Williams draft trade and would scare me off.

I bring this up because you recall all those experts claimed the Redskins were interested in Manning...?

And now Manning visiting Denver to displace Tebow...?

Why would Manning even want to put himself in that position?

Reminds me of Bret Favre & Jerry Glanville.

Don't understand why everyone says its 3 first round picks that Washington gave up. They still have a 1st round pick in this yrs draft. It's just the #2 instead of the #6. So they gave up 2! first rd picks and a 2nd rd pick...

Yeah true, but they gave up their #6 pick to move up to just get 1 player, so technically its 3 1st rounders and this years 2nd. Either way, a high risk, high price to pay for a smaller QB.

Washington was immediately excited about their future when they drafted Heath Shuler, Jason Campbell and Patrick Ramsey. All first round picks by the Redskins since 1994. Excitement gives way to reality real quick, especially if RGIII doesn't pan out. Shanahan has drafted 1 QB in his career and that was Jay Cutler...eventually he was fired for never making the playoffs after John Elway retired.
