Rich McCay for GM

I know that the Bucs are looking at offering him the GM job along with Lovie Smith as HC. This is a move that has been suggested by Tony Dungy. I'd love for Ross to make a move to snag McCay before the Bucs can sign him. Let McCay decide on a HC etc. I'd love for Ross to get as much input as he can from Tony Dungy regarding the future. If Dolphin decisions can be made by braintrusts like Tony Dungy and Rich McCay they would in super great shape.

That would necessitate a GM opening which much to my surprise may not occur.

Ross can't keep Ireland. There's no scenario that should allow for this guy to skate, His epic fails are endless and his good moves are so few. Other GMs draft great players and build great teams. This guy has had 6 years and no playoff victories. The roster right now is loaded with holes from o-line, linebackers, RB, safety etc. He is the wrong guy and if Ross keeps him then I will lose all respect for Ross.
