Yes, I just read on the ticker here in Toronto on The Score sports channel that the Dolphins have infact granted permission to Ricky to play in the CFL. So I guess it's official. I suppose all that is left is for an agreement to be reached between Ricky and the Argos. I also read that he could be signed as early as Monday.
