According to the BIG O on WQAM Ricky is off the salary cap right now.

He has been placed on the inactive/didn't report list or whatever the official name of that list is.

They can bring him back at any point this year. But Ricky is off the salary cap right now and the Fins have the money to spend.

ditto... its been a week now and no closer to signing ogun? whats the hold up? we got an extra 3 mil sittin on the table... give him that contract he deserves! and make it a 6-year!
