"Agent Leigh Steinberg says Ricky Williams will return to the Dolphins in 2007.
This is damage control after Williams implied he may continue to play in the CFL in 2007. "The Toronto Argonauts are obligated to release him at the end of the season," Steinberg said. "He then will return to his inactive status as a Miami Dolphin with time remaining on his contract." Ronnie Brown owners should hope Ricky gets lost on the way back to the U.S."

Has anyone heard if RWs still being tested while he is suspended? If I'm not mistaken, that is part of the requirements before he can be reinstated.
 
Im almost 99.9% CFL does not test for drugs .I hope he has stay clean because this teams needs him big time!
 
Who knows, if he wants to stay there's not been many things that Ricky won't do to get his own way.

He might deliberately test positive to play in Canada again if he likes it up there.

If I'm not mistaken the choice is not his... it's the Dolphin's decision. Play or pay!!!

I dont think we do.rick's getting old and i feel has lost what he had and besides how can we ever count on ricky playing for us.He could get banned from the NFL again by next season.If we are lucky we will get a 2nd or 3rd round pick for him.Ronnie Brown is our future now.

If Ronnie wants to keep his role as top back, he should inform Ricky that he has to keep his weed in Canada because it sure isn't going to clear customs. :lol:

But oh well, it'll be fine having Ricky back so long as he does what he did last year. He'll be a good change-of-pace back.

nobody will give us jack for ricky it's to risky before the last incident we might have recived a third rounder
 
he's not going to stay in the CFL or try to go back...he needs money and the money he can make in the NFL is substantially more then he will ever make in the CFL. If he can come back in 2007 and have a good year a lot of teams will want him.
 
MAN **** yeh he wants to stay in Canada.. Its the perfect place for him, WEED is BOMB here. And much legal.. If i was ricky stay in Canada, b/c Canada is the bomb!!!!!!!!
