I thought Riggs looked like he had potential, but I do like Harris better. Oh well, Good to see Rader back.
 
I would have kept Riggs personally . . . he is what 5 to 6 years younger than KJ and has a similar build. With the right coaching, I thought he would have been a great compliment to Ronnie as early as next year even. KJ is to the point now where by the time he makes an impact for this team he will be around 28 or sumthin . . . I also think Riggs has more upside. I'm pretty sure we will find a way to bring him back.

Love Radar's hands, he definetly could be a TE option on this team, he has to improve his blocking tho.
 
Carey Davis is listed as being 5'9" 230. Bowling ball type guy who is suppose to be a good receiver and decent runner as a FB.
 
Rader better turn into another animal if he's going to play with the Dolphins! Nobody goes out and gets their butt kicked on special teams like he did and makes our football team. Cowboy up! butthead, or get your lardass elsewhere!

did anyone post about him being picked up, off fo waivers? played for Philly last yr, inside LB......

Riggs must have been a casualty of the Suggs signing. I assumed they were going to go get another RB and was surprised when Riggs made the PS instead of Rader. They must have kept Riggs originally just in case they couldn't pick up anyone they liked.

Do u think they were gonna promote KJ if they didn't sign somebody? I mean it was fairly obvious we needed another RB. To place him on the PS seemed pointless to me if they were just gonna release him like that . . . unless they were thinking to put KJ on the team and leave just Riggs on the PS.
 
im glad we got rader back i thought him and deke cooper played real good in the preseason.
 
Placing Rader on the practice squad is an insult. His blocking and special teams assignments have gone well in my opinion. All preseason the talk was is he going to be #2or #3 TE and Sabin drops him like a used Kleenix!
 
Massaquoi vs. Rader

What is Sabin thinking? Rader played like a professional during the pre-season making many nice catches (yes, he dropped a possible TD pass) and did yoeman service as a blocker and on special teams. Sabin cuts him to "bring up" Massaquoi who has never played a minute in the preseason for the Fins AND does not play him at all in the opener. Coach......The regular season is not where we hold "try outs"....do your homework and get Rader back on the field where he belongs.:sidelol:
 
kj harris deserves a shot, at least as a
breather for ronnie.

he is big and showed RICKY LIKE power and
moves this pre season.

travis minor is a one trick pony and why we
keep wasting a roster spot on him is beyond
me!!

why suggs? an injury waiting to happen.

kj should get the chance before we start
bringing in injury hasbens!!!

We never had a chance to use Harris...

Minor is a very good ST players...these are precious and few...

Suggs is insurance till Morris comes back...
