Sport Host McGowan asked him who is the toughest player he faced this year and O Franklin said without hesitation Cam Wake - he said Wake was the quickest stronger player he faced. He continued that Von Miller was the second best player he faced (obviously saw a lot of Miller in practice) but that Wake was stronger.

Those who say Wake needs to work on his game because his stats were lower need to take notice that Wake was a one man wrecking crew

The guy needs a pass rusher opposite him big time. But it just goes to show, as good as Wake is (who I think is a complete OLB at this point)...JT was sooooo damn good.

Considering he was held on almost every play, Wake was near the top of the league in both QB knockdowns and QB pressures.

Wake was great this past year and his run defense improved tremendously.

Wake is an ideal 3-4 WOLB and even better pass rusher when he can put his hand in the dirt.

Cameron Wake was a beast this year. I actually think he played better this year than he did last year. He had more pressures, QB hits, and drawn penalities this year. He also showed noticeable improvement against the run. He has become a complete LB.

sinPhin is right on! 90% of the time when Cam doesn't get to the QB he is being held. He was held the entire Game 1 against the Pats and it was obvious. I kept screaming for the ref to throw the flag, but the dumb**s just kept it in his pocket.
