Rizzi Interview Scheduled For Friday

I don't want to lose rizzi on the team what so ever, but I wonder if for him maybe it'd be more beneficial to maybe go back to college to try to take on a HC gig, I think he could get a mid level gig, if he excels there maybe move up. right now it looks like his career is destined to be a position coach, which would honestly be a dream come true for some, but if he desired more I really think you'd see him stepping down a level to move up positions to make a name for himself. if he fails at HC for a college team im sure hed be on speed dial to be back in the NFL at ST coach

I have to agree with that. I'm sure you wouldn't be out of a job for very long.
 
We gotta remember, Rizzi is already Assistant Head Coach/ST Coordinator.
His next progression is Head Coach.
I also wonder, if Rizzi gets the HC gig, would he hire Richard as DC?
 
This is definitely a courtesy interview, and it's being conducted last minute. Dallas will be eliminated this weekend, and I believe the same goes for New England but that's more of a toss up. We should be able to announce our guy next week.
 
I know it probably doesn’t matter but this whole Rizzi interview schedule has been so strange. He’s in the building why has it taken this long for a sit down?

Its not a job interview, i heard Ross just wants an explanation for how 2 punts can get blocked in the same game.
