Go get this guy for OC or Head Coach. he coached for Miami back in the day
 
Here is what I am thinking...Two GREAT coordinators that might come free. I would have Ray Horton coach my team from the top.
 
A team admits they made a mistake with a hire and immediately tries to fix it?

What a funny concept, everyone knows your suppose to keep the same people until they suddenly become good in their 7th year.
 
Not for HC, we need someone with NFL experience. Dang, what Harbaugh would have done with these guys!
 
Not for anything.......this guy was the guy who Carolina ran out of town after the poor job he did with Cam last yr as the OC, a yr later they win the division......now he is a HC who is about to get canned after his first yr.....this guy is not the guy we need in Miami for anything........we want to get better not worse
 
I am all for a new OC (still undecided on head coach) but I am not so sure Chud is the guy. I watched a few Browns games this year and saw little emotion from him. Add that to Joe's deer in the headlights look and players may fall asleep out there. We need someone with fire. Again, I only saw a few Browns games so I could be wrong but we need emotion on the sidelines. Someone who will pull on a player's facemask (like Wheeler for instance) and tell him to get his sorry a$$ off the field and on the bench.
 
He's actually pretty good. Could be an upgrade over Sherman. The prospect of firing him for not turning Cleveland around in one year is pretty laughable, he inherited a poor roster without a decent QB.
 
I'd be down for him as OC. Bring Chud back home to Miami. But my real interest is in getting Linehan if Detroit makes changes.
 
Norv would be a great OC. He will not come if Joe is here.
 
Chud is like Norv- better OC than HC. If he is avail and they fire Sherman, they should consider
 
omg more chud love from the U homers. Carolina so much better without him
