you are stuck w/ a guy who has had more success from 2006-2012 than Miami has from 1985-2015. I feel for you.

that was more b/c their "stars" are selfish and didn't buy in and b/c rex didn't bring any of his guys that knew the system w/ him like he did w/ Leonhard and Scott when he came here. Buf is a quick fix on D, some addition by subtraction w/ Mario and watch how they take off next year.

getting rid of some of the overpaid, overrated, selfish talent(like Williams) will certainly help.
