It looks like he will be released from the Texans (I dunno why). But I say we get him back to add to our lacking depth at LB. I know he doesnt fit perfectly into the system, but we can get him to the league minimum and only cost us 450K against the cap. He would be great mentoring Morlon Greenwood as Greenwood replaced him.
 
I don't see this happening.
If we are to bring in a LB, I only see it being a guy that could START as oppossed to backup.
We already have three key ST guys that are backup LB's now.
Wanny has already stated that it would not be a wise move to bring in a veteran to backup and waste a roster spot that could be used for a key ST performer.
