Rockets Sign Derek Anderson, Latrell Sprewell next?

There has been reports that Sprewell told his family and friends that he will be in a Rockets uni this year.

Cassell's gone and Spree was gone the second he complained that the Wolves low balled him offering him 10 mill a year. I bet you he signs for half that much (yearly) with the Rockets. What an idiot, this is a guy who over played his hand!

As a Rockets fan, I'm just wondering why the Rockets would sign Sprewell? Presently we have Wesley, Sura, McGrady, Barry and now Anderson that can all play the 2. Its fine to call McGrady a 3 now but signing Sprewell and Anderson makes no sence. And i'm wondering where they would get the cap room to do this, since they were cap strapped before the Swift signing, I'm lead to believe they'll have no money to even try and meet Spree's GD ridiculous demands.
